In the upcoming steps, you will learn how to install and use this app.
Let's get started by following this guide..
Note: To access this application, a subscription to one of the available plans is required.
Before you begin importing/exporting data between your Zoho Books and Shopify store, it's essential to establish a connection between the two. To do this, you'll need to complete a simple 5-step setup process. Please proceed to fill out the form, and remember that our support team is available at any time to assist you with any difficulties you may encounter. Additionally, we have included helpful images at each step to guide you in filling out the fields, making the process easy to understand.
After selecting your package, navigate to the 'Zoho Connect' tab, where you will find a form that resembles the one shown below.
Choose the book domain that corresponds to your Zoho Books. For instance, if your Zoho Books URL is 'https://books.zoho.in', it indicates that your Zoho Books domain is in India, and you should select https://www.zohoapis.in/books. Similarly, if your Zoho Books URL is 'https://www.zohoapis.com/books', you should select https://www.zohoapis.com/books.
After that, enter your Zoho Book Organisation ID. To get your Organisation ID, you can click on "Zoho Book". It will redirect you to your Zoho Book login page. Here you can log in with your credentials and get your Organisation ID. For help, check the image below.
Now go to the Dashboard. Here you will see the Customer, Product, and Order. Just click on the Customer/Product you want, then select the option to Import/Export.
We have provided many plans for you. These plans come in both Monthly and Yearly options. You can choose a plan according to your needs. Each plan has its limit. Each plan has a limited amount of import/export data. So please ensure this carefully.
Apart from this, the number of imports/exports will also depend on the API limit provided by Zoho Books to your Zoho Books account. Zoho Books provides a finite number of API calls to each Zoho Books user. So it could happen that you have chosen a plan that allows imports/exports, but you have already reached the Zoho Book API call limit. In this case, you need to contact Zoho Book Provider to increase the number of API calls to continue using this app's features
If you encounter this error in Shopify, it means that the order's destination and your store or inventory location are in the same state. If your location is saved, but Shopify considers the order's state as your real location, this issue may occur. To eliminate this message, go to Shopify Settings > Taxes and Duties, select India, choose the state, and set the state tax to "GST." After this, the error should be resolved.
