App Name - ESTS WhatsApp

This app is created by ESTS (Expound Soft Tech Solution). This is a WhatsApp.It is used to chat using WhatsApp with a single click. This app does not need much configuration for setup. Just follow a few simple steps and your WhatsApp chat is ready to use.

Note:- The "Chat On What App" app is not using any kind of cookies to store data. But still, cookies should be enabled in your browser, whether you use this app or any other app. For more information, check *this screencast*

Section-1 Setup Instructions.

1. Let's get started by following this guide.

Install through the Shopify App Store

Steps:

1. Log in to the Shopify App Store.
2. Find the ESTS WhatsApp app to install, and then click it.
3. On the app listing page, click Add app.
4. In your Shopify admin, to authorise the use of the app, click Install app.

2. After the app is installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.

Open the app in Shopify.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
2. Find and select Apps and sales channels.
3. Click the name of the app ESTS WhatsApp to open.

As you click the name of the app ESTS WhatsApp, it opens. It will look like this.

 

You have successfully completed the app Installation and setup process.

Section 2 User Guide.

1. How to use the ESTS WhatsApp app?

Create a user for conversation. Fill in the Name, WhatsApp Number, and Title.

After filling in all the fields, click on the Create Account button. So that your changes will be saved.

2. How to apply the app to your current theme?

To apply the features to your current theme, you need to perform the following steps.

Click on Online Store.

Then click on Customise as we have highlighted in the pic below.

3. Then select App Embeds.

From the left side, as we have highlighted in the pic below.

4. Now, finally enable the Ests_whatsappchat

From the highlighted toggle button in the below pic.

Then click on Save from the top right corner.

 

Congratulations ! you have setup all things. You are now ready to use this app.
