This app is created by ESTS (Expound Coderz ). This app is especially developed for those who want to integrate their Shopify Store with Ests InquirePro.
One popular app that can help you manage product inquiries on your Shopify store is the "Ests InquirePro" app. This app is designed to enhance customer engagement and provide a streamlined process for handling product inquiry requests.
The app allows you to create a customizable "Ests InquirePro" form that can be added to your product pages. Customers can use this form to ask questions about specific products or request additional information.
Whenever a customer submits an inquiry or quote request, the app can send email notifications to both the customer and the store admin. This ensures that inquiries are promptly addressed and no potential leads are missed.
The app provides a centralised interface where you can manage and respond to all inquiries and quote requests received. You can view, reply to, and track the status of each inquiry, making it easier to provide timely and personalised customer support.

1. Setup Instructions.

2. Install through the Shopify App Store
Steps:
Log in to the Shopify App Store.
Find the "Ests InquirePro" app to install, and then click it.
On the app listing page, click Add app.
In your Shopify admin, to authorise the use of the app, click Install app.
3. After the app is installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.
Open the app in Shopify.
The app Ests InquirePro opens. It will look like this.
You have completed the app Installation and setup process.
4. Upon installing the app,
You are initially placed on the free plan, which comes with a 20-inquiry limit. Elevate your experience by upgrading to our premium plans: the Silver Plan offers 100 inquiries, the Gold Plan provides 500 inquiries, and the Platinum Plan ensures unlimited inquiries for a seamless and enhanced user experience. Unlock the full potential of our app with a plan that suits your needs.
5. First of all, you have to set the Ests InquirePro app
Button that will be displayed on the product page. For this, you have to perform the following steps.
- Go to the "App" section.
- Open the "Ests InquirePro app".
- Your app has now been opened. Now go to the "Settings" tab.
- The "No" option will not be available unless you have an active subscription plan. Without a subscription plan, the buttons will be enabled on all products by default.
- Then fill in all the given fields like FullName, Contact, inquiry Button Text, Background colour, Background button colour, and Text colour.
- Finally, click on the "Save" button.
6. The additional settings page will be shown only when you have a subscription plan.
Now, the next step is to go to the Additional settings page, where all the available products are displayed.
This feature is available only for the subscription plan. In this, if you do not want to show the button on all the products, then you can select the products on this page and from here you can set the settings for all the products on which you want to show the buttons.
For each product, you will find a checkbox in front of it. To select a product, simply tick the checkbox next to its name.
The buttons will only appear for the selected products.
If you want to select all products at once, click the "Select All" button. After making your selection, be sure to click "Save" to confirm the changes.
After completing all these steps, the buttons will appear on your selected products.
7. Now, to activate your app on the storefront,
You need to perform the following steps. This procedure is only for the first time when you install the app.
Click on the “Customise “ option as highlighted in the screenshot below.
8. Now, click on “Home page” and select

9. Now, click on “Add block” and select
The “Ests InquirePro” app is highlighted in the screenshot below.
10. You can drag the app position and place
Wherever you want, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

12. Finally, "Ests InquirePro" app
The setup and app button will start showing on the product page.
A pop-up form will open, and the user can enter their details and submit.
14. After this, show the user's details on the dashboard to the admin.
After that, clicking on the Product Inquiry user information screen, the user's information will be shown.
On the Users Information page, a form will open where you can update the status.
You can also delete users by clicking on the delete button
